Virtual Queue Plus, or VQ Plus, is an add-on module to the standard queue features of your PBX.

This module allows you to build dynamic queue penalty rules that change as the caller waits longer in queue. You’ll also have more options available to control the destinations to route callers based on how the call was answered.

Additionally, you can create virtual queues to manage queue behavior and settings before you send the call to your queue.
